Feasibility was assessed using quantitative and qualitative data: non-identifiable patient-level data (n=2036); online patient surveys (n=109); patient semi-structured one-to-one interviews (n=37); stakeholder semi-structured one-to-one interviews (n=11). These data highlighted a range of challenges to consider for future developments of such models, leading to recommendations around set up, patient invitations, more flexible models for patient completion and engagement with their NHS Health Check results.
